Established in 1981. Courtesy Care Cleaning was formed in Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1981 by Allen and Suzanne Birk. Starting out in the family garage, Courtesy Care primarily did janitorial work for companies such as K-Mart and Wal-Mart. In 1997, the company exploded into the carpet cleaning and water damage restoration industries with the purchase of its first Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction machine and moved into the building at 1201 SE Adams Blvd. in Bartlesville, OK.
