About a year and a half ago, we hired DeRosa Contracting to fix, replace and repaint some bad wood on our front porch overhang. Everything was taken care of quickly and looked great. Fast forward 18 months, and as everything settled, the column from the porch to the roof began to wobble a good bit. This, obviously, couldn’t have been accounted for at the time. It was just the natural course of things. To see if there was anything that could be done, I called DeRosa Contracting this morning. Even though the work is well beyond the warranty, they were, literally, outside within the hour, getting the post all squared up and fixed in place! It was incredible. It was so refreshing to work with a company that is skilled, friendly, accessible, and stands by their work for the good of the customer. I highly recommend and will certainly call them when I need any construction work done down the road.
