A firm believer of natural beauty treatments, I grew up using simple and clean ayurvedic products created at home by my grandmother in India.
My great-great-grandfather, Pt. Gainda Ram was a well-known ayurvedic doctor in the court of Maharaja of Patiala. He passed much of his wisdom on to my grandmother, and I grew up watching her make ayurvedic body oils and face masks from herbs and learning the wisdom and magic of Ayurveda from her.
The need to launch Rthvi grew out of my inability to find potent ayurvedic products that I grew up with within the US. That was when I decided that Ayurveda should be shared with the world in all its forms. I wanted customers in the Western world to have the same choice of authentic and inspired, potent ayurvedic products as customers in India.
