Established in 2009. Flood and Fire Response was conceived after a harrowing personal experience of one of the owners who had water damage in his home. After calling multiple small and large damage restoration companies, the problem was still not rectified and soon mold started to grow. It was several months and thousands of dollars out of pocket later that his house was back to normal. The appalling customer service by even big name water damage restoration companies got him thinking about starting a damage restoration company of his own - one that can provide the best service at affordable prices for customers who were paying out of pocket, as well as work with all major insurance companies in the nation, but with the customer's interest foremost at all times. And, thus Flood and Fire Response was born.
