Our journey began nearing a decade ago, when co-founder and President Ax Torres worked in the restoration industry. We quickly became present to the fact that there was often a disconnect when it came to putting the customer first. It seemed as though these other companies felt bound by the idea that to make a profit they had to put themselves first. That didn?t resonate with us.
