I came to Robert Laurence to get an engagement ring. I know almost nothing about jewelry and the purchasing process. The staff there was incredibly helpful and informative. The entire process was substantially easier than I expected. The staff answered every question I had and anticipated what I would need to know. After I picked a ring, the process to acquire and make it went very quickly and easily. In fact, the final price I ended up paying was less than the initial quote! To top it off, the ring was absolutely beautiful and was everything I was looking for. I will definitely return if I have any further jewelry needs
