This Design/Build collaboration including an upfront Negotiated Price Contract results in a very well-built energy efficient home that meets or exceeds the needs our local climate and building codes, and is tailored for your budget. This usually works out better than the old way of hiring an Architect to draw the plan and putting it out for Contractors to bid. This take the lowest bid approach usually ends up costing much more than expected in the end. By using Stull Construction to work with your Architect to Design/Build your home and Using a Negotiated Price Contract you will be covered from the beginning (planning/budgeting) to the end of the building process (final closing/certificate of occupancy). This combination eliminates the "finger pointing" and keeps surprises down to a minimum.
